Acquisition of Bulk Tainer Group by ITT Logistics Inc.

Founded in 1993, ITT Logistics is the largest U.S.-based ISO tank operator and a global leader in bulk liquid transport, providing end-to-end logistics solutions across all major modes for blue-chip customers worldwide.

Bulk Tainer Group, established in 2009 and headquartered in Middlesbrough (UK), is a privately owned business providing bespoke global transport solutions for bulk-liquid products. Its operations span Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the Americas, leveraging rail, road and sea networks to deliver tailored ISO tank container services.

The acquisition strengthens ITT’s international platform, broadening its fleet and depot capabilities to enhance service delivery for customers worldwide. This transaction underscores ITT’s commitment to expanding its global reach and operational resilience in a growing market for ISO tank logistics.
