BDO has provided financial and tax due diligence on the acquisition of CAE Technology Services Limited by Boxxe Group Limited.
Boxxe is a UK-based IT services and solutions provider with over 35 years experience working with both public and private sector organisations.
Founded in 1992, CAE specialises in the provision of technology infrastructure solutions, including the sale of IT hardware and software, and is one of the UK's leading Cisco partners. CAE is headquartered in the UK, with operations in the Netherlands and the US.
The acquisition of CAE will strengthen boxxe's position as one of the UK's largest software, solutions and services providers.
