BDO provided financial and tax due diligence to Vanda (an FPE portfolio company) on its acquisition of Exante Data.
Vanda was FPE’s sixth investment from FPE Fund III, the firm’s second specialist software, data and services fund. Through this investment, FPE is supporting Vanda in expanding its capabilities and market reach, significantly strengthening the company’s data, analytics and global macro-offering. The result is a combined business that offers a unique portfolio of must-have data, research and analytical solutions for the global investor community, with leading capabilities in tactical and structural flow and positioning analysis.
