Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) are an Australian-listed group with leisure and corporate travel business in 24 countries, spanning Australia, New Zealand, the Americas, Europe, the UK, South Africa and Asia. Iglu are a UK-based online travel agent specialising in cruise and ski holidays. The acquisition significantly expands FCTG's global cruise footprint, delivering scale, advanced technology and broader access to the UK. The acquisition is also expected to serve as a springboard for entry into the US and other high-growth markets.
