In December 2025, the boards of Hansa Investment Company Limited and Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited announced the completion of the recommended all-share combination of the two companies. The combination was structured as a court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement under Bermudan law, with Hansa acquiring the entire share capital of Ocean Wilsons.
The transaction creates an enlarged group with a c£900 million portfolio of diversified, global investment funds, direct equities and private assets and offers shareholders a simplified structure, greater scale and improved liquidity.
BDO acted as reporting accountant in respect of the combination.
