Update on the Administration of Arts Alliance Media Limited
The Joint Administrators of Arts Alliance Media Limited have confirmed they have received offers from multiple parties and are hopeful of completing a sale of the business by early January 2026.
Simon Girling and Danny Dartnaill from BDO LLP were appointed as Joint Administrators of Arts Alliance Media Limited (“the Company”) on 12 November 2025.
The UK-based Company is a global leader in digital cinema software and services, providing software to over 32,000 digital screens worldwide.
The Company was placed into administration due to funding challenges experienced following the Covid pandemic and the US screen writers’ strike.
Simon Girling, one of the Joint Administrators said: “We are maintaining regular business operations while a sale of the business is pursued.
“As part of the ongoing sale process, we have received initial indicative offers from multiple parties. We are now advancing towards securing best offers, with a deadline set for Thursday, 4th December, with a view to completing a sale by early January 2026.”
