Anna Draper

I am an experienced partner, supporting the BDO UK Leadership Team with the proposed merger with BDO Ireland. I am passionate about supporting the firm's many talented people, helping them to develop and achieve their potential.

I was a member of BDO UK's Leadership Team from July 2022 until November 2025, focusing specifically on people, culture, and purpose at the firm.

Prior to my role on the Leadership Team, I was the Lead Partner of BDO UK in the South East, overseeing a team of over 400 audit, tax, and advisory professionals. I was also an Audit Partner specialising in large listed, private equity-backed, and privately owned international companies.

I have represented BDO UK on the ICAEW Corporate Governance Committee and the QCA Financial Reporting Group, and have written articles on governance hot topics.
