I have over 27 years of experience advising a wide range of clients, including start-ups, challenger banks, multinational inbound and outbound banks, fintechs, and digital asset businesses on local and multi-country tax compliance, structuring, due diligence, ad-hoc advisory, and tax risk management, including process and controls.

I spent 5 years at a UK headquartered global bank as Global Head of Tax Reporting and Head of UK Direct Tax Compliance. Drawing on my extensive experience of both in-house and consultancy, I provide businesses with technical expertise and practical tax advice to help navigate all aspects of tax compliance with confidence, including tax risk, banking, fintech and digital assets tax advice, tax compliance, and corporate tax structuring.
