I am a Corporate Tax Partner and the national lead for tax services in the Consumer Markets sector.

With 30 years of experience, I advise a portfolio of well-known brands, providing a full range of tax compliance and advisory services to help them navigate the business issues they face.

I lead buy and sell-side tax due diligence and structuring advice on transactions. Additionally, I support my clients with managing group tax compliance, assurance and governance services, international expansion, group transfer pricing, loss planning, and maximising tax relief for R&D/IP and capex projects.

I work closely with my clients, introducing and coordinating the services of specialists from the BDO network in the UK and internationally to provide coordinated, practical advice.
