Accountancy and business advisory firm BDO LLP continues its investment in its partnership with the appointment of three new partners.

Catherine Wilks joins BDO’s Consulting, Risk & Outsourcing team as partner. She brings more than 15 years’ experience in data analytics and digital transformation. She will advise businesses on the use of data, analytics and AI, building an end-to-end technology advisory and implementation offering.

She will work with businesses to create digital strategies that deliver quantifiable value, use analytics to guide business decisions and implement AI practices that optimise business operations. She joins from technology consulting company Slalom, where she was client partner.

Adam Beasant joins the firm as audit partner in BDO’s Reading office. He brings a wealth of experience from working with a range of audited entities from early start-ups, through to mid-market businesses and FTSE 100 companies. Adam has expertise in technology, business and professional services, insurance, wealth management, software and manufacturing. Adam joins BDO from PwC.

Ben Heaton joins BDO’s tax practice as a Private Client Services partner. He has over 15 years’ experience of working across the financial services sector in the UK, US and APAC. Ben joins from PwC and will be based in BDO’s London office.

Anna Draper, Head of People, Culture & Purpose at BDO says: “Catherine, Adam and Ben bring a vast array of experience and sector expertise to BDO.
